My chair cause divits in the mat after only sitting in the chair for 10 minutes. They have not come out. Everytime I sit down in the chair it caused more divits then you can't move your chair. I got frustrated and threw the thing out and purchased another one.

When the new composite floor started showing signs of wear from an office chair with casters this pad really fit the bill. It is the largest I could find and the price was excellent. [...]

The wheels make indents in the mat because of the carpet. I think it could be a little bit thicker. Overall it's a good mat though.
