Using this mat helps, but. . . .

I calculated which mat to buy based on the 'How To' measure the carpet thickness, and that did not work. This mat is better than no mat, but it is not firm enough/ thick enough; the chair leaves dents, and the rug is soft, so getting rolling again is tough. I needed a thicker/stiffer mat.

Amazing quality. Simple to install. Way better quality than my last. Goes under my sons gaming chair with plenty of room for moving around. Nice and thick, perfect for hardwood floor. does not slide around at all. looks like it will last a long time. thanks!

I should have read the description better. My old mat had grips on the back that held the mat in place. This one is smooth on the backside so shifted on the carpet. Purchased some double sided tape for some side areas so now it doesn’t slip.
