Mat was shipped folded up. After laying in the sun and then indoors weighted down with books for 36 hours I finally am able to use it but it is still wavy. Seems heavy enough to do a good job if it ever lays flat.
I have only used it for a few days now and it is already becoming "dimpled" where my chair sits.....and then it is aggrevating to have to push yourself out of it (like getting your car to back out over a small snow drift that the plow left at the end of your driveway!)
If I were not spending so a considerable amount of time trying to peel off an extremely sticky label (that is still very tacky and not completely off yet) this would be a fine product. It makes no sense to apply a label onto the product itself with residual adhesive that is not meant to be on the product. I don't usually take the time to review but this is ridiculous. I had read other reviews about this but ignored them.
Purchased 5/13/2015. Barely made the year. Cracked over all creating holes through to carpet by June of 2016. Staples would not stand by product for return because it was 31 days past manufacturers warranty. This type of product should not be disposable it should last years. My recommendation is to order these somewhere else. First time Staples let me down. Stick with consumables that they do not have to stand behind.
