I have placed the mat on the floor in our office on top of carpet. It is working fine. Would highly recommend anyone to purchase the mat.

Held in Place; but ruined my new pergo laminate floor

Chair mat did not move around as some people have said. BUT it did destroy my new pergo laminate flooring that it was supposed to protect. Have to have someone come in and get estimate for reepair and see what exactly happened (either the mat left residue on my floor that will not come up OR the mat removed the upper portion of the Pergo. Either way my floor is ruined !

This chair mat is not as thick or rigid as previous chair mats purchased thru Staples. I'm hoping that it will wear well.

Medium Pile Chair Mat

Nubs on bottom are rounded so safer when handling. Material seems more flexible than others I've used. Staples Lifetime Warranty is also a plus.

It will work

I'm not really using it properly because it is not intended to be used on the kind of carpet I have. Purchased because of its price. I'm using it in a home office so it's not a big deal and I don;t need the best for occasional use.

the mat is of good quality and size. I purchased a smaller and thinner one from another retailer first but returned it in favor of this much quality one. I like that it is thicker and firmer.
