We originally bought this cartridge for our printer and of course it did not work. So I contacted customer service and told them I did not want a replacement I wanted a refund. So I followed the instructions and sent them back for refund. They sent replacements for all cartridges that I returned for refund. I rejected two of the replacements they sent but apparently one was delivered after I left work.

I am using two of the 3 True Reds Cyan and Magenta. My HP black is still got ink but I will replace it with the True Red when the printer indicates black is out of ink.

The Staples brand cartridge didn't last for even a fraction of the amount of time the real HP cartridges do.

To be fair the printer I put the cartridge in is only used as a fax machine. The cartridge appeared to be an HP cartridge that had been remanufactured. It has preformed flawlessly so far. I will update the review if I have any issues with it. I like being able to use a re-man product less waste and I'm supporting a retailer that has always given me good service.
