Ok product. Doesn't absorb very well.

We use the towels for cleaning and drying hands. Our business is in the man made matericals and we use a lot of towels in the shop kitchen and our 5 bathrooms. Other towels absorb better but these fit in our dispensers and are less expensive than other brands. It is also very easy to order from Staples online and have them delivered directly to our shop. We can just order along with our other office supplies. If I was not on a budget I would difinetly purchase a more absorbant brand of towel.

These paper towels work wonderful in our machines - I love the price compared to other ones and we use them for more than just drying our hands. They come in very handy

Cheap and it shows

Bought these based on proce and hoped of the best. I was dissappointed. the paper is very flimsy. Often jams in our machine. Tears easily. Takes 3 to 4 sheets to do what a better brand does in one sheet

I have been ordering this item for years but this time I am very disappointed. Not sure if the mfg has made a change in the manufacturing of this product but this time the paper towels give off an odor when them become wet.

BEWARE! STAPLES Product image does NOT match actual item!

The product photo shows what is clearly a large roll yet the actual roles are much smaller and with a larger hole in the middle as well likely yielding about half of what the roll pictured would. Staples really needs to correct the photo. I didn't see any other place to enter a complaint about this. As for actual quality of the rolls they seem decent relatively soft.
