This if the second one that I have had. It is ideal for me and you cannot beat the price. I rated this one a 4 and if it had been identical to the first one I would have rated it a 5. The only difference that I am aware of is that the first one I had the top had a handle which enabled you to lift the top off to empty the shredded paper. Made it much easier and I think safer.

Overall the shredder works great although I have only had a week. Assembly was easy just take out of the box and plug in. I like the window to see how full it is. I will say the shredder is a bit louder this may because it shreds 24 at a time the engine is more powerful and loud. I am having a hard time with having a bag in the drawer and ensuring the drawer closes all the way. Maybe I have too big of bags? I am hoping this shredder lasts a long time. We are enjoying it so far!
