We purchased the 8-Sheet Cross-cut Staples shredder in early July 2024. In mid August 2024 the shredder no longer worked. Calling customer service the representative methodically worked through the process of assessing the shredder. She came to the conclusion that the shredder was defective. We received a new shredder at no additional cost in less than 1 week. We were impressed by the customer service representative and Staples policies.
