I was not able to receive a refund for this shredder because I no longer had the box. It is junk. I would advise anyone NOT TO PURCHASE this shabby shredder. I thought I was getting a good deal because it is inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Gets the job done but loud heavy and slow. Must lift off top to remove shredded paper in bin. Doable but not easy as top is heavy and it’s awkward and cannot be done with one hand. For the money fine given how frequently the more expensive models break down and require replacement n
