Shredder is quiet safety concious easy to maintain and use. It will NOT shred 15 sheets at a time; I had a jam with just 4 pages but it's still quite servicable.

Shreds wonderfully. Doesn't jam is quiet. The only issue is that the unit is very top heavy and the small castors don't roll enough to compensate if its pushed to move it... Falls over.

I ordered one of the 10-sheet shredders and had to return. I purchased one of comparable size. I am a daily paper shredder and have had to pull the paper out a couple of times as well as wait for the shredder to recycle. I will most likely return this this one as well. I would not recommend this shredder.
