I have used to shed about 15 bins full of paper in the last couple of weeks. For the last 6 bins it has been clogging up the teeth in the center and tripping the full sensor after 4-5 minutes of shredding. putting anymore that4-6 sheets at a time seems to cause problems where is is just pressing the paper and not actually shredding it. The paper then looks like cube steak when in the bin instead of shredded pieces. I have been using the lubricating sheets every day. I may be returning this as I have probably 3times as much to shred as I have already done.

I do not recommend this shredder. It shreds in slow motion. It takes twice as long as my old shredder.

Good for the price but hate lifting the motor shredder top off to empty.

It's fine but I didn't think about how heavy & cumbersome it is to lift the top off. I use to have a pull out basket and I'm sorry I didn't get another like that one. My fault for not paying alittle extra but it would have been worth it!!
