To be honest I don't like having to remove the top rather than the drawer. It's messy have shredded paper on floor by removing the top. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I like this shredder. It’s much quieter than my last one. It also has a great capacity. I did not find it would run for 20 minutes straight maybe half. Not sure if it was operator error or the machine but I would stilll purchase again.

Model ST62151 purchased. Information online states "Pull-out bin with 4.25-gallon capacity". It doesn't have a pull out bin and the top is very heavy to even lift up out of the box. I ordered a different one and will return this one.
