Horrible product. Broke after one session. You have to baby it or else it will clog. When it clogs, a light turns on and the instructions give you 1 instruction: run the motor backwards to try to unclog it. Guess what, it got clogged worse. After trying that, the indicator light just went dark and the motor refused to spin. The only other instruction provided is to “unclog manually” but this product isn’t meant to be taken apart (which became very clear to me when I spent an hour trying to do so). Don’t buy.

This shredder is wonderful! Quiet, fast. Nice size. Also has a pull out bin the shredded paper goes into & is easy to empty!

Good performance after a month on the job with a little less than "significant" input to shred. I like the machine much better than the previous version. I especially like that it continues to run for mabe 15 seconds after finishing to insure that all material in shredder is shredded and passed to holding bin. Happy with the product!

Awful shredder.Only works in the very middle. Pieces of paper get stuck in the middle and product stops working. I bought less than one year ago. JUNK

Light use for four months, suddenly the gears stop working. Junk. If you use it one page at a time and don't use much paper you're fine. Never buy from the company, cheap construction and materials.

I bought the first one and it got a paper stuck and I could not fix it, so I bought another one but what happened I fed it too many sheets, I think they were 3-4 and could not unstuck it. So now I bought another one and have not used it yet but will feed it one sheet at a time and see what happenes.
