Hello I like the compact size of the shredder. It was convenient to use but it stopped working. I use it three times using no more the four pieces at a time when I went to use it a fourth time it does not work. DM

I found out that all crosscut shredders don't have a opening to the basket at the front to put things you don't want shredded but are still throwaways. This item shreds really well but like the review title says - when it jams it is hard to clear.
