We replaced a Staples professional series 10 yo machine that was tired. I would have preferred to find another machine in the professional series but it is no longer available. The repacement works OK but is sig. louder than the previous one. In addition the shredded material is less granular than before (larger pieces). Time will tell how long it will last.

We have had this shredder a couple of weeks. The shredder has worked perfectly with no problems. Love that it has rolling wheels and can be rolled from under the desk when needed and then rolled out of site. Also like that it has a slide lid that shuts off the motor when not in use.
