states 12 sheets but my shredder I’m lucky if it shreds 5 more than that I have to pull the plug turn the top over & pull out the sheets that didn’t go all the way through to shred the paper -

I don’t have to do tons of shredding. If I did I would probably purchase a different unit because this one has a short time limit before it begins to overheat. Since I don’t it’s perfect for my applications.

It says you can put in up to twelve sheet. I have put in 5 and it sounds like it will stop. The blades get jammed up very often.
