Very poor quality product. Shredded paper got stuck in feeder and reverse would not clear paper shreds. Waste of money and would not recommend. Only have 30 days to return product for refund or exchange.

The printer box says this shredder is for medium use and can shred 15 sheets at a time. I don't think it can handle more than a few sheets at most. This probably wasn't the best choice for us.
