Shredder does not expel shredded items. Shredding bunches up and must be manually removed. Credit card pieces get stuck between blades. Do not recommend this shredder if you have more than a very little amount to shred.

This shredder is a piece of junk. Please trust me on this. First off it does not cross cut. It cuts in long strips which clogged up my vacuum when I went to clean up scraps. Bag install is a joke and both times I tried the bag ripped with removing it.

I brought this shredder for personal use. It does the job as far as shredding is concerned. I used to own a much larger Staples shredder. with a much larger collection trash bin. This one has a much smaller bin only 12in tall. You have to bend over to use it small enough to fit in a cabinet.
