The shredder came broken the top of the basket was broken.The Shredder was received 5/26/25 since my mom takes care of her mom who is very ill. so she was not able to return it within the 14 day window. But the girl at the store on 125th street refuse to take it back. So now we are stuck with a broken shredder. And all she could say was you should have gotten the insurance. Not acceptable and not a good way of doing business. She could have offer to send a replacement since they don't sell it in the store.

It would clog before the 7 min run time was up. Also could only do 2 to 4 sheets of paper not the 12 as advertised. It's great if you only do a few sheets in 30 min. The clogging was the most annoying part.

The scrap drawer on this model is a nice convenience and the retractable lid which covers the blade when the shredder is not in use adds a layer of safety. Rollers on the bottom make it easy to move and it has an attractive appearance.
