I initially purchased this shredder online for personal at home use, mainly shredding mail with personal information, etc. After less than a week the shredder jammed and I was unable to unjam it using the provided instructions. I was able to receive a new one under the warranty it comes with and less than 3 days later the same thing happened. I was shredding less than 5 pages at a time just to be safe and STILL ran into an issue. From my perspective, this is just a poorly built and functioning machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constantly Overheats

I replaced my Fellowes Paper Shredder which I had for almost 10 years and I loved it but this Shredder overheats quickly and I only had half of a bin shredded and it was only 5 minutes. I am returning it and going back to the Fellowes brand. Very unhappy with this purchase.

The product is excellent. I like the design, it's easy to use, it's quiet , cuts well, shreds paper into very small pieces, easy to empty contents, easy to move (on wheels) , Does not create a mess in the area.
