[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the staples 15 sheet cross cut shedder for a couple weeks now and it works great! I usually put a few sheets in at a time. 15 seems like a lot and it goes a little faster with less sheets. The bin holds a lot and I can’t imagine needing to dump it very often. It feels pretty secure as far as how chopped up the papers get which is nice for financial information. We keep our shredder in the office and it fits in easily under a desk where I can roll it out a little when I need it. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t seem to be as noisy as some that I have used in the past. My favorite feature is the slide to close top which covers the slot for paper. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable with my curious toddler around. We will continue using it weekly I’m sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shredder is small doesn’t take up much space and it’s currently in my living room under an end table. It’s not terribly loud and the bin holds the perfect amount of shredded paper. I don’t like ones with huge bins as they are hard to dispose the tiny strips of paper when full. This one has a smaller bin and I can toss the scraps without making a mess. The shredder worked ok it got the job done. However it will not shred 12 pieces of paper without causing a major jam that is not easy to remove. It sucks in the larger amounts on an angle no matter how straight you place it in. The most paper I could shred was 7 pieces. I don’t have massive amounts to shred at a time but not once could this shredder do 12 sheets of paper at a time without a jam. If you have small amounts that have to be shredded maybe get this or take to your local bank who will likely dispose for free. If you need a small shredder in your office go for it but know you will not be shredding more than 7 pieces of paper at a time.

Solid paper shredded for home use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon delivery this is a heavy box and a heavy unit but was well packed and suffered no damage during shipment. Well written operator’s manual was easy to set up and clearly highlighted safety guards. The cross cut pattern is good. It quickly shredded 12 pieces of paper a light struggle with the 15 pieces stated in specifications. The bucket that holds the paper pulls out of the front making it super easy to empty one of the best features of this machine. Auto reverse for paper jams a motor overload shutdown feature and solid LED light overheat indicator additional great features. To turn unit on and insert paper to shred you simply push the top panel back to open and unit powers on. Closed when not in use is great to keep things you don’t want in there out.

Great Home Shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this shredder is awesome for basic home use. I tested it with 15 pages at once and it basically handled it at the same speed as one page at once so that was nice! The bin holds a really good amount - I have maybe used it for around 40 to 50 pages at this point and it’s only half full. It shredded a credit card nicely too. Also it’s surprisingly heavy which I super appreciate because I don’t have to worry about it falling over or being bumped. I also love how the top closes up because my children don’t even know it opens and that way they aren’t trying to shove things in while it’s unplugged. I feel like the noise is about as good as you can expect from a machine that is shredding paper to bits haha it’s really not that loud. Anyway for a home shredder that I only use for random personal documents and expired cards I am VERY happy and would completely recommend it to anyone. It does its job perfect!

This shedder was smaller than my old one. I was disappointed that only after 1 day. I had to wait 30 Minutes after inserting paper just a few sheets at a time. Then it would only shred paper on one side. I've only had a few days but returning it .
