Beautiful design. Looks great in any office. Thickness is adequate- I think it could have been thicker. Works great easy to clean! I would buy again.

I bought this chair mat even though it is suggested for wood or laminate floors and I have carpet. I did this for the look and also I don't like the plasic ones because of the things that stick out of the back of them. The finish is very nice and it doesn't slip or slide around. However now I know why they don't list it for carpet. It is extremely thin and the chair wheels indent the mat which make it hard to roll my chair around. So please mat makers I hope you will read this and start making attractive chair mats for those of us who have carpeting.

Bought this for my daughter to use in her room elunder chair at her desk. It immediatly got ruts in it and was hard to move the chair around. We ill not buy that type of mat again.

Matches and Protects My Cherry Floor

I was worried about tripping on the edge but with tapered edges this is eliminated. Chair rolls easily. It protects and looks nice on my cherry floor.

Save the Hardwood (floors)!

After ruining one wood floor with my wheeled desk chair I moved my computer to another room. I did not want the same thing happening to this floor so I put down a piece of cardboard. That worked for a while but I really needed something that would protect my floor yet look nice. The floor mat came in light wood color and dark wood color; I chose the light wood color. Although it is not a match for my floor it complements the wood and most importantly is protecting it from further wheel damage.

Slips too much on a rug.

It slips on the floor all the time and except for looks I do not think it is functional on a rug.
