Slides to much and I purchased it as it is designed for wood floors. Not a good choice for me.

Got this for an elderly friend who uses it at her kitchen table. She has a rolling chair that was damaging her laminate floor. The pattern on this chair mat is similar to the pattern of her flooring so it blends well. It is not overly slippery so she does not have to worry about the chair slipping out from under her when she sits down or gets up. It works much better than having a rug under the chair. The mat has a tendency to slide around on the floor slightly but not so badly that it causes a problem.

Perfect for what I needed it for

I bought this to protect my son's floor from future soda spills. It protects the floor nicely and allows him to easily roll his desk chair over it. The dark color looks nice in the room and it's easy to clean. We've had one soda spill since buying it and it was a breeze to clean up the sticky residue. I have no idea how this will work in the long run but for the moment its just what we needed. The price was extremely reasonable and it was lightweight and easy to carry to my car. It also fit easily into my car.

I selected this item for under an older solid wood desk in my bedroom .. Small space. On brand new carpeting. Without a doubt an office chair on wheels would destroy the carpet.I've only had the mat down for a few weeks therefore I really can't commit on durability on carpet. I suspect the mat would be best suited for hardwood floors as designed. For now it fulfills my need and time will tell. The weight of the desk keeps the mat in place.

This product was disappointing at best. the size is too small for any normal use the thickness is not enough the value for price paid doesnt exist. I have purchased clear floor mats in the past much bigger and the value was good. Call this one my bad and dont make the same mistake or it will be your bad too
