Chair mats

We purchased two of the Laminate Chair Mats for Hard Floors. They work well on our laminate floors. They look very nice and are a good size for the areas we wanted to cover. The chairs roll smoothly. We've just received them but so far the quality seems excellent. We had two problems when they first arrived. They had a strong plastic odor. We had to let them just sit in another room for a few days and also placed them outside for a few hours before we put them down. Now there is no odor. The other issue was that there were two labels on the mats. One came off easily. The other has left a gray residue that we haven't been able to get off.

I have put off buying a floor mat for quite awhile. This one is almost what I want but it is exactly what I need. I would like for it to be a little thicker because the wheels of my chair indent it.

Love the color and the product quality. Purchased this in 2 colors dark & light perfect for keeping areas clean. Washable great for high traffic areas like the bathroom or kitchen area as well as under a desk.

finaly a non clear plastic alternative

In my basement office the floor is covered with the puzzle looking foam cushions to add insulation. With a floor like that my chair just did not roll. The wood look veneer Matt works wonders to resolve this problem.

Good idea bad product

I don't know if I will ever manage to get these mats to lie flat. They have been stored improperly before sale for so long that they are deformed. If they had not been a really cheap sale purchase I would have taken them back.

I recently purchased 2 of these chair mats and love them. Not only did I get an exceptional price on them they are just what I needed to put on the floor at my sewing tables to protect the tile. My chair slides easily from one to the other and they offer a bit of padding for when I am standing. Thank you!
