Staples® Wood Veneer Style Chair Mat for Hard Floors Cherry.

Unsatiafactory.....I was lead to believe it was an inflexible hard mat of Cherry Wood ...and good for carpets up to 1/2" thick ....but it turned out to be flexible plastic that dimpled when the chair sat in one place.....so much so that I couldn't move the chair.... So I returned it to the store...

I am pleased with Staples Laminate chair mat for hard wood floors chestnut color. The label was easy to remove. It came in two days as the sales person said.

Bad experience at Staples

Well I bought an item and it had to be ordered so they said it would come to my house in two days but that didn't happen. On day four I called the store got the run around and passed back an fourth on the phone. Finally someone spoke to me and checked on my order with no resolve to where my order was but assured me it would be there by Monday (making it 7 days for a 2 day delivery) well on that day it never arrived. So I call customer service and they too we're unsure as to where it was. At this point I had enough and demanded my money back and I was going somewhere else. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me and I won't be shopping at staples anymore.

What a joke!

The product description for this mat called it laminate and said that it was made of wood so I thought that it was a wood laminate similar to Pergo or other laminate flooring. It is 100% plastic with "woodgrain" printed on it.

Nice Mat for Hard Floor

The mat is terrific. My chair rolls easily and the floor is safe from both the chair wheels and dropped dripped and spattered paint. I would only be better if it came in more interesting colors.
