Don’t listen to bad reviews about this product, the true is amazing helper to dust, one of my favorite no no no really is my favorite I love it 100 % porcent recommend, have in mind I have a cleaning company I know what I’m saying 😂 I recommend swifter duster to all my clients, original ones not cheap version

The 360° Swiffer was a waste of time for me. The TV commercial shows this wonderfully convenient duster that moves around the various items without any problems however it doesn't do that and it certainly doesn't gather dust all around the actual 360° . I just stick to the original one sided blue duster.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Duster comes off handle

I have put the duster onto the handle correctly. If I dust something rough, like the bricks on the hearth, the duster comes off. If I try to dust under the dryer, the duster comes off.

Is piece of junk now!!

This product used to be good but not anymore!!! The blue plastic dots ruined it!! You guys making it cheap,they don't work anymore like it used to be!! I will never buy them again!!

No instruction on how to get started with Swiffer Duster kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neither the box nor the website gave any instruction on how to insert the duster into the handle. I'm taking it back to the store. It just shouldn't be this hard.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the instructions. Before placing the duster on the handle, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up & down quickly in a see-saw motion. Next, with the fluffy side of the duster facing down, slide the prongs of the handle into the sleeve. The sleeves are open on both ends so either end will fit on the handle. Lastly, pull the cloth onto the handle until it's secured into place by the tab at the base of the prongs. Feel free to call us at 1-800-214-8734 if we can help further. Pros: you can dust everything in less than half the time, monitor keyboard lamp shades pictures -
