good cheapie paper a little over priced

Still waiting for my toner recycleing coupon from Oct. 09 and Nov 09. Is your recycling coupons for real? Or just a scam? Or are you guys about to go chapter 11?

It works fine for our office use. We use paper for printing copies of documents for our own use. I just need the least expensive solution.
