Ordered a ream of paper and picked it up at my local store. I was handed a sealed box. When I got home and opened the box the ream of paper inside was banged up and the packaging around the paper was all torn. Luckily most of the paper was ok but an opened/damaged package should never have been sold to me in the first place.

The Tru Red Copier Paper is Quality and we'll purchase it again. However I don't understand why they and most other copier paper manufacturers utilize that 1/4" wide yellow strapping with which it painful to lift and move 10 reams of paper.
