The box arrived via courier service and was ripped on one side. Therefore several of the reams of paper were partially opened. I am going ahead and using the paper because it does not appear to be damaged but it was disappointing to open a damaged box. Never happened with Staples before.

The price is great and the quality of the paper exceeds the price. You really can't go wrong. Everything looks professional and very neat.....I love to go to staples not only for great products but excellent customer service and also saving money.

This paper has worked fine with our copier for the last 3 years and it still does. I trust it to work and get a good price.
