Great Case Packaging there is quite a lot less to recycle. No carboard box to cut up before going into the recycle bin. Paper flows thru both the ink jet and laser printers without failure. One laser is a duplex printer and therefore great quality is required to support that level of application. Storage of extra paper (after opening ream) is easy and fits in drawer for later usage. Color is great not really bright white just a little less but is goes well with other printings from the past.
I love this stuff. I notice absolutely no difference between Staples brand paper and the big name brand papers. We are a small business with just one office person (me) and I am very impressed. My boss who handles the papers I hand him has yet to complain so if there were a problem I'd have known by now. For normal everyday office "use and abuse" this stuff is the best bang for the buck. It's even sweeter when the coupons and rebates roll around so keep an eye out for those as well. I'll keep buying the stuff over and over and over again no doubt about it.
Well it's a basic 20 lb paper that works ok if what you want is a thin inexpensive paper. Not too much to say about it. It's a great deal when they put it on promotion sometimes even free after rebate sometimes a dollar a ream. When it's not on promo it's about average price. I prefer a heavier paper for important things but with the volume of printing receipts etc that our customers often throw away anyways this is the perfect stuff to use for almost everything (99% of all our printing) Always had good succes with Staples Rebates too. You just have to follow directions they've made it really easy and it comes back to you pretty fast. Just wish they'd issue checks all the time. Prepaid cards can be a pain to use up the full value especially if clerk does not know how to run or their terminal cannot process them as a partial payment. Although I guess that's an issue with their credit card processor.
