Cant find anyone that can answer my questions

so far not liking my appliances.
The oven does not have any heat indicators so cooking in it is very hard. At this point I can't bake or cook anything in it because I can't control the heat.
Refrigerator makes funny noises and if I turn the ice maker off, it starts to make a noise and I have to unplug and plug it in again.

Great Product With One Issue

Purchased the Massimo 30-Inch Gas Range (5 burner), and the product overall is wonderful. There is one issue with first use on the broiler functionality. We followed the instructions in the manual for using the broiler, and also followed the advice on one of the product stickers that instructs to use the broil setting for 30 minutes to cook off any oil / factory smell. The broiler initially turned on (ignited and broiler gas on towards the top of the oven), and then at some point in the process it just stopped working. The oven functionally works, but the broiler will not ignite or turn on now.
