Excellent service, particularly from Genevieve.

Prior to purchasing range, I had a delightful chat and on-line tour of the Forno 48" duel fuel range with Genevieve. She answered all of my questions and more. She even sent video links for the NG to LP conversion and recommended a shipping company that offered "white glove" service.

So far I am loving my dual fuel range but sadly I’m needing to file a claim as our oven fan is having some kind of issue when I cook on Conv Bake.

I am very impressed with the communication and fast service when my small oven stopped heating. We had a big event coming up that week which required both ovens and Forno overnighted parts and had a fabulous repair guy within 2 days to my home!!
