Quick Cardio!

I prefer to run outside if possible, but between having two young kids and a full time job, having a treadmill allows me to squeeze in some cardio between responsibilities. The T Series 16 has been a great addition to our home, it’s not too noisy and can fold up to make some space, though I do wish it had less of angle when collapsed. So far I’m more of a Quick Start guy but I’m hoping I’ll have some more time to explore the features.

The best treadmill!

From the moment I stepped onto the NordicTrack T16 (2025), I felt like I’d entered a premium training zone. The 16″ touchscreen responds sharply, the adjustable cushioning adapts to my stride, and the incline goes high enough to really challenge my legs. It’s rare to find a home treadmill that feels this smooth, powerful, and engaging. If you’re ready to commit to serious cardio at home, this machine delivers.

Its been a long time since I've used a treadmill and but this one has made it easier to get back in the habit.
A couple of the features that I really liked:
1. Length of the treadmill. Many other treadmills feel like I'm going to fall off the back or your crammed at the front. On the T Series 16, I can comfortably run with room in front and behind.
2. Size of the screen. When I'm running, it can be difficult to adjust the speed and/or elevation. This makes much easier to adjust the run without having to jump off to do it.
Its amazing simple these two things are but they make a big difference. Highly recommend this treadmill.

I've been really pleased with the T16. .
Straightforward to assemble, sleek design, easy to use, and sturdy. . even when I'm running on an incline!
The iFit workouts make for a nice challenge when I'm lacking motivation.

Feels Like Running Outside

I am an ultra-runner, marathoner, and triathlete. I’m no Olympic hopeful, but I am trying to take my game to the next level, and this treadmill has been a game changer for me so far. The gym I frequent has a few treadmills, but they are not exactly the most modern or special, so I have not really had an opportunity to try an updated model. I was pretty blown away by even some relatively simple features of this NordicTrack. First, the screen and video content is way more engaging than I would have thought. I am not the biggest personal training guy, but the outdoor running routes and trails are immersive enough to replicate that “escape” feeling you get while running but typically cannot achieve on a treadmill. Combined with the integrated fan and seriously legit built-in Bluetooth speaker, this is as good as indoor running gets. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion and I have a family member who works for this brand.

Finally found a way to stay consistent at home

After trying (and failing) to stay consistent with workouts since having my twins, I finally feel like I’ve found something that fits real life. The NordicTrack T16 has made it much easier to keep a routine without adding stress.
Most nights I hop on after bedtime and walk around 3. 5 mph while catching up on emails or listening to an audio book. The motor is really smooth, I don't hear a vibrating hum like I’ve noticed on other treadmills, which makes it feel calmer to use at the end of the day. The cushioning has also been great for my knees, especially after long days keeping up with toddlers, life and my work.
The incline adjusts quickly, which I use a lot for short bursts. It transitions without throwing me off, which I appreciate. The fan is stronger than I expected and actually keeps me cool without being noisy.
We fold it up when not in use to make space in the play area downstairs, and it locks securely which makes me feel at ease that my children won't be able to accidentally get into it.
For me, it’s made staying active feel manageable instead of like another task on my list. This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but this review is my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great addition to our home gym!

We’ve had this treadmill for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I was excited for it to arrive, but there are so many things I’m loving that I didn’t even anticipate.
Assembly was straightforward and simple. The directions clearly laid out each step, and I really appreciated that it came with all the tools needed. That made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.
One of my favorite features is the ability to fold it up when it’s not in use. It’s very space-efficient in our home gym setup, which is a big plus.
I’ve also been impressed with how smooth and quiet it is. As a mom of two, I often work out during nap time, and it’s perfect for that. I do a mix of training, but my most common workouts are incline walking and sprint intervals. The incline adjusts quickly and stays relatively quiet. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the treadmill absorbs impact while sprinting. It feels very sturdy at higher speeds, and I feel completely comfortable pushing myself on it.
A bonus feature I wasn’t expecting to love as much as I do is the iFIT software. It’s been fun to mix up my training with programmed trail runs. The built-in speaker is surprisingly good, and I love having access to apps like Netflix, Spotify, and Audible.
All around, this treadmill has been incredible for the price point. I would definitely recommend it.

Long Time Treadmill user

I have very little time with my own business and kids, so a simple machine where I can get a quick walk or jog in is great. The ifit workouts are a nice guide sometimes. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
