Great case, need more colors

The best phone case/wallet combo on the market! But PLEASE make in Redwood for 17 Pro Max. It would be an instabuy to pair with the orange phone.

Almost perfect, but doesn’t protect your screen.

This case looks great, feels great in the hand, and I really wanted it to be the one that stayed on my phone, but the issue I have is that it doesn’t stand proud of the screen, so if you put the phone down on its face it is literally laying on the screen. The case provides zero protection to the front of the phone. Had they just made it fractionally thicker then it would provide that basic level of protection and it would still be on my phone today, but it is not. Truly a shame. I really like everything else about this case, but lack of screen protection is a non-starter. Quadlock’s case takes care of the issues.

Nice case but…

I have used a lot of your photography equipment and this is my second time ordering a phone case because I loved the iPhone 14 Pro Max case.
I ordered a 17 Pro Max case (Loop) and it’s nice, but the finish on the buttons on the side leave a lot to be desired. The edges are sharp and it feels rough. QC seems to be lacking!!

Great, but bottom bumper annoys.

Overall great case, especially in combination with the bike mount. But the bottom bumper is too large as its not symmetrical with the rest of the case on the other edges of the phone. This is especially bad since a lot of charging/data cables do not fit anymore with this design (e.g. my DJI drone cable does not fit as it is not straight, so I have to remove the case every time I want to fly my drone).
I would recommend this to a friend!

No good with screen protector

I’ve used various versions of these cases for years (11 Pro, 13 Pro, 15 Pro, and now 17 Pro), and unfortunately, in line with some other reviews, the latest iteration has an issue when paired with a screen protector. The screen/protector extend beyond the case’s front lip, making them more susceptible to cracking or scratching.

Weakest MagSafe connection thus far

I had the iPhone 13 Pro case for 2 years and loved it. My partner had the 15 Pro case and the MagSafe was even stronger on that one — so it begs the question, why is the MagSafe so so weak on the iPhone 17 Pro case? My up front bike mount barely even attaches to this case. Also, the color options are too limited and do not match the color scheme of the latest iPhone lineup. Bring back bone and sun yellow!

180° of protection

My favorite cases for years have unfortunately failed me. The case feels solid and offers good grip. However, the case is not as high around the screen as in previous models, and as a result offers no screen protection whatsoever if you have a screen protector installed. I really hope a V2 version is made at some point that at least raises the lip around the top and bottom of the case…. unfortunately, the one I purchased sits comfortably in my drawer and the accessories that require the mobile mount sit with it…. Please Peak Design, just a small change can bring this fallen hero back to its past glory….

Pleather better or the same as plabric of the past

The change from the plastic fabric to plastic leather is unexpected. I have used Peak Design since their first case with the 13 PM, as well as my 15 PM and it was unexpected to see a pleather case from the 13 and 15 PM fabric cases I have purchased in the past. The bumper is familiar, and comfortable, the pleather is so far better than the base silicone Apple case that is slippery and easy to mark with finger oil. The Cirrus light blue is a nice compliment to the 17 PM grey I went with, though I am aiming to get the new Techwoven Apple case here soon to see how this one compares. It does make it harder for for a 1-1 comparison though given the change in material Peak Design has gone with in the past. The materials are good, the buttons are nice and clicky, and the camera button is responsive in clicking and capacitive sliding, I would currently recommend it over the Apple Silicone case, and while different from the fabric cases from Peak Design of the past, I am liking the pleather of this case thus far, as well as the color way of the Cirrus, though I am not entirely sold on the pleather(though the plastic fabric of the 13 and 15 PM has never fully been my favorite)
