Touch controls nonresponsive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though currently operating, the touch controls on our recently installed cellar are nonresponsive and we are unable to update any of the settings, including the temperature. Unfortunately, we'll need to schedule a service call.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
