Shokz open run are great!

The shokz open run are great. I love being able to use them at work in construction and still be able to hear what is going on around me. They're so much safer than even using one earbud. Sound quality exceeded my expectations. Great product.

These fit and stay in place as well as previous generations, both of which I like. I find that the volume tends to feel slightly quieter than previous models, even at maximum volume. When you turn them on, they give you a battery life (low, medium, high) chime which is a small but well thought out piece of UX. My lone complaint about this version is the new magnetic charging technology - I didn't need *another* cord to keep track of for charging my devices!

Fantastic headphones. I can take calls or listen to stories while walking my dog in the woods and remaining aware of my surroundings--bikers, approaching people and dogs, etc. I can listen while puttering in the house (open floor plan) without disturbing family members. The sound quality and volume are wonderful and the headphones hold a charge for a long time.
Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up with my recent order (heaphones #4 & 5 for gifts) and I reached a real person with ease. The matter was resolved and a new shipment was on its way THE NEXT DAY. Awesome.

Volume won’t go high enough

Volume won’t go high enough for much. Reception sounds muffled.
Can only use for running, feeding horses, anything with a motor drowns the reception out. Doesn’t fit snugly like my air shokz did.
