I loaned one of my Shokz to a sister-in-law whose mother had lost her hearing. With my Shokz, her mother was able to hear and is thrilled. Not a guarantee for others but worth a try for some conditions.

These things are baller

These little things are INCREDIBLE. I brought them to a memorial day cookout just so I could pass them around and let everyone listen lol, people were floored. I work 12hr shifts and these crazy things last the WHOLE time, and charge in like 20 mins. Connects right up to my phone and my pc as well! And I don't use the phone much but calls also seem to come in through it loud and clear both ways. So comfy and light, too. Literally never going back to earbuds.

Great headphones, but wish charging cable was not special

Love the headphones (especially the smaller head size option), but hate having to carry a special charging cable. My previous Shokz headphones used a micro-usb port for charging, which was great, since I did not need to have a special cable.

I have and have had the apple ear buds for years and these are the best thing going. Very comfortable and no worries about them falling out of your ear. Great sound and the best part is you can still hear conversations going on around you with the volume on.
