The left ear piece does

The left ear piece does not play nearly as loud at the right.

Podcasts are great as is

Podcasts are great as is radio, but receiving calls on phones is lousy!

AW-Fing-SOME!!?

I had the Aftershokz Air and loves them until I ran over them. I decided to upgrade and bought the OpenRun small. The battery life is great! The sound quality is great! And the fit is as if they aren't even there. I've forgotten I'm wearing them.

I need comfort

Sound is great and I can hear the world around me. I had the regular they were falling off me too big. Got the mini they are better but not great. I’m not sending back but I guess I expected more comfort. I’m sorry.

Great till they stopped working

My wife purchased these for me and they worked for about a month then just stopped working i tried changing them and then reconnecting them but they would not play any audio

Good Product/Great Service

I am an owner of the previous model Aeropex. After about a year of use, there was a rattle in my one ear piece. It was tolerable while running, but for the price I figured I would file a warranty claim. Shokz (AfterShokz) service was phenomenal. I simply asked if they could be repaired at a cost so I didn’t hear a rattle, they stated they would replace my headphones with a brand new set. These have been going strong for about 6 months now. The sound is great, and the comfort even better. They charge quickly and last a solid 7-8 hours depending on outside temp. I would highly recommend these headphones.

Aeropex owner great support

I have owned aeropex for years and have 2 warranty claim during this time. Both of my transducer rattling claim were after one year of daily use and I absolutely love these headphones. I also bought the open-comm for work calls and they work flawlessly. The Shokz company has processed my claims without any issues both times. It is great to find a company that not only sells a great product but stand behind it. I will continue to buy these for years to come.

best option for those that need to hear around them or don't like things poking in their ears

The Aeropex is my second set after having worn out my first pair of Trekz which I used daily. The Aeropex is a great improvement in sound quality and battery duration over the previously greatly satisfying Trekz. Several of my co-workers were impressed enough to purchase these for themselves.
