I am just very tiny

Bought the open run mini for my 1/2 marathon training and race day, love that the battery has a long life between charging and the sound quality is very clear, I just wish they come in more sizes, I am a petit woman and even the minis are a bit big on my hears. Also it would be nice to be able to use the app.

Bought originally when I had a kid so I could listen to podcasts, music, etc. while still having an open ear for a crying baby, I've continued to be impressed with each new generation of the products and the latest OpenRun is no exception.
The sound is amazing and more private this time around and at a high volume. Works great on long roadtrips as the driver while the rest of the car listens to the radio.
I'm only giving the comfort/UX features 4 stars for a few minor reasons:
-Doesn't quite fit perfectly with my kind of glasses. It's minor, but just something to note
-the call button is higher up than previous models, so that continues to throw me off (I prefer it lower down)
-I totally dig the magnetic induction charging, I just am going to nitpick that it doesn't look like the wireless charging you have on the phones (works basically the same though)

Love them, almost perfect

I love the practicability of them and I use them for more than running/walking. They are great for indoor workouts if you want to listen to the trainer on a video but also be able to hear what's going on in the house or if you want to listen to music at the same time but also hear your trainer.
I do wish they fit more snug around the back of the head so it didn't get caught on jackets/shirts (I have the mini so can't go smaller).
The sound quality is ok. It sometimes sounds like the person on the phone is far away even when the sound when I was listening to music/podcast/workout was fine at the same level. And it is even worse when you are talking to someone who is also using shocks; sort of sounds like the other person is in a tunnel.

A MUST HAVE!

Hands down The. Best. Headphones. Ever!
I've always been a heavy sweat-er, and constantly having to wipe down my ear buds just so they'd stay in my ears. Then I found these about 4 years ago and they've made running more enjoyable! And finally hands free!

Very disappointing - I don't understand the rating???

I can't believe how high the rating is on these things! Maybe everybody only just listens to background music I guess.
I am mostly disappointed in the integration of the Aftershokz and Siri. I'm going to return them after a week of use and miles of walking and biking. I have been using ipods for a year but they are uncomfortable (and have fallen out 3 times on my bike). The Aftershokz are extremely comfortable, very easy to wear, and sound 'ok', but are almost unusable for voice (unless you're in a very quiet environment, in which case they are acceptable). I got these for bike riding, and I would never be able to talk with them or dictate a text message on a bike. Even on a long walk with the dogs today, i could NOT ONCE get Siri to understand me after pressing the button and trying many times. I talked to 3 different people who all said at best, the sound quality was bairly usable (I had to repeat a lot), and it really wasn't a windy day. Most of all, 'Hey Siri' doesn't work at all (Hey Aftershokz - just fix 'Hey Siri' and that would be a great first step!)
I'm a big Siri user and sadly, this product really doesn't integrate with that well at all.
I am going to give the pro's a shot before throwing out the whole concept of these.

Love, love , love my Afrershokz. This is my 3rd pr of headphones from this company. Nothing wrong just wanted the upgrade. And have my others as back up if needed.I use them on walks/ runs, to watch movies on my tablet etc. As the new improved go on sale I buy the newest. There has been so much improvement. There are times I have heard sounds on songs that I never noticed before with other modes . The sound is so clear and beautiful, really dont miss bass, dont need it. Mainly listen to rock but other types are welcome also
Phone conversationis great. They are so comfortable. Mine are the smaller band size only offered in black. Measured ny head per directions & hoped they would fit...success. They are less noticible when wearing. Stay put. Fit nicely under hats. Not sure they changed any thing but the name with Aeropex. Fully satisfied for the 6 months & counting.

Performed as expected

They perform as expected. The sound quality is not as good as I thought it might be. The bass seemed to be lacking. I purchased these for an Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike so I could have open ears while listening to audio books or other such things as I hike. I've taken them out on several short-distance hikes and they've been perfect for that.
