I have tried many different ear buds/phones and needless to say these are the best, most comfortable feeling I have ever experienced. No cords, no worries if an ear bud will fall out, no uncomfortable feeling of having something in your ear always. I put them on I'm the morning and off to work I go. At times, forgetting I even have them on, unless I'm on the phone or listening to music. I bought a pair for my partner and she loves them as well. My co workers are also interested in getting a pair. Thank you for making this style work for me!!!

I mainly use these for phone calls, and sometimes the other person has difficulty hearing me. I can hear them well, however. Comfortable to wear. Amazed how these do not conflict with my glasses. I like that these are not bulky like regular headphones.

Short battery life

Battery life is a bit less than half of advertised after about a month of use. They've died from a full charge in about 3 hours twice now with no warning before hand aside from saying powering down.

Quick start guide

Very pleased with the operation, sound, and comfort.
The only suggestion I would make to the production team would be to include a better user manual. To a raw non-technical first time buyer a printed guide that says it all --for a quick start (edited for the super simple) would be the icing on the cake !
