I don't like these as much as my old pair. I don't like that I have to wrap them around my ear. The old ones were more linear. Am I able to exchange these.

Had them before, then I accidentally bent them and broke them :( decided after a year of being without them, to go ahead and repurchase a new pair and I loveeee them! Great for runs and at work when I wanna listen to stuff but still be able to hear what’s going on, around me!

Best headphones I've ever owned i work construction and hear everything in and out i sweat allot know problems there either put ear plugs in and mow and can't hear the mower love them

the headset works fine, but the unsolicited emails that I have been getting through shopify, a third party, have given me cause to REDUCE my star rating, I DO NOT WANT MY PURCHASES TRACKED BY A THIRD PARTY, SHICH SHOPIFY IS, THE THIRD PARTY SHARE IS A MAJOR CAUSE OF IDENTIFY BREACHES, AND LOSS OF INTEGRITY BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE STORE/BRAND.

I have a fat head so its not the headphones fault they don't fit perfectly
I need more than the pictograms and if you want them paired with multiple things I found that hard to negotiate probably more me then them again
