I am overly satisfied. I was using a brand that stood behind its tools and tried releasing ear buds, M by name red in color. They were crap, crap reception, crap volume, crap everything.
Your brand is AMAZING. You should send 2 chargers instead of 1. One is always lost and it costs your company almost 0 cents to save the packaging for a single charger in the future.

Absolutely loving the freedom from having the occluding bud inside my ear. Sound quality is great. With being deaf in one ear, I am still able to be aware of sounds going on around me.

I walk the dogs daily on very busy roads in the country. Scholz help me to be able to listen to music or talk on the phone and hear things around me. Wish I purchased sooner!

I love my Shokz. The first one I received was a little to big for me but I made
use of them for a few years . Decided to purchase the smaller one that I love.
I am allergic to them. The part that goes around the ear and the speaker. My new ones
are black my old ones are gray. My question to you is, did you get a new Manufacture
or dyes. Do you have solution? Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything
I can do?

Had a better model before but lost it. So purchased this one and it vibrates noticeably when volume in high, back rubber plastic is unnecessarily long, and edges are rougher than the better models

I chose mini, with usb-c option just so I don’t have to bring many different adapters. Honestly I can’t tell the difference in the sound compared to my “go to” Open air, both pretty good for bone conduction headphones. But OpenRun is made for activities, it is much refined design and smaller frame and feels a bit frimzy but time will tell how much beating it can take like the openair. But I like the volume buttons of OpenAir better.
