Incredible product! Am so happy to be done with earbuds and wires. Only thing I would change is the propietary charger. USB-C please.

Headphones are great. I'm on my third pair. Only recommendation would be to add a feature to fast forward or rewind playback 15-30 seconds.
Only 3 stars because the documentation is unnecessarily sparse. Why do this? Are these premium electronic devices or not? Type out some, you know, "words" and explain in detail how the unit functions.

Works with hearing aid & more

I purchased these headphones since I have to wear a hearing aid in one ear. I got tired of having to remove the air to listen to my headphone. with these I have room to put my hearing aid and still enjoying the sound while experiencing life around me. I have been recommending this for others with similar conditions or in environments where hearing your surrounding is important and still wanting to enjoy sound in ears. They are extremely comfortable and I hardly know they are on my head. The battery life is astounding as well.

I love my mini open run shockz. The mini size fit my head much better than the regular ones I was using. The sound quality is great--like I'm listening in surround sound. I wish the mini shockz came in colors please!!

Best headphones I’ve used.

I recommend these to everyone. They don’t hurt my ears and stay on my head without being too tight. They are the best headphones I’ve used and what a great price! I use them for work to do web calls and phone calls as well as for working around the house.
It took a call to support to get them connected to two devices but once I got it set up with their help, they’re easy to use.
