Great headphones

Love these headphones. Use it for daily jogging. Sound is great. I love being able to hear my surrounding as well. Very comfortable fit (got the smaller option).
It’s kinda tricky to double click to skip songs. I have occasionally made a call by mistake.

Really amazing pair of earphones. Received them 24hrs ago in Kenya. Ordered for the family. And they all loving it and addicted to it already. Definitely going to buy some pairs from friends.

It’s very clear and didn’t think it would. It’s better than my AirPods Pro and it does not fall off my ear. Long lasting battery and quick charge is a plus. I’ll be using it with my future races

The microphone inadequate for dictation

I like the smaller size; better fit
Microphone interprets the chime that occurs (on an iPhone) at the beginning of dictation as a word. As a result there’s an extra”Oh” or some such non sequitur inserted at the beginning of dictated sentences. Very annoying to have to go back and fix the added errors.

Amazing device! They are very comfortable to wear and transmit audio beautifully. They are much better than my headphones and earbuds because they don't shake or fall off so easily.

I had a pair of bone conductor headphones years ago but they were just meh. I had high hopes with these because of the better technology. I was not disappointed! Sound is amazing. These are now my go to headphones.

Super comfortable. You can hear what’s happening around you, yet no one can hear what you’re listening to. Plus nothing sweaty going in your ears for an hour+ every day (much more sanitary). And keeps a charge much longer than my Beats

Does not pair with MacBook and does not allow you to switch from music to a phone call

While I love the sound - the headphones will not pair with my MacBook. I have done all of the troubleshooting and contacted customer service and the issue does not seem to be resolved. I have also found that I cannot switch back and forth between a phone call and music.
The instructions for the headphones require you to listen and watch for a light which is not possible.
Very disappointing.
