I had become very dependent on my Aftershokz whle doing outdoor work and driving , it was a "bad day" when my Aftershokz failed to hold their charge. But my ordered Open Air Shokz arrived. What a difference - more depth and fullness to the music, better clarity and the headset was even lighter than my already comfortable Aftershokz! You did it again. Great product. Now the question will they last longer than my Aftershokz?
I have had two pairs now, and the only reason I got a new pair was because I lost my old ones during a move. I am sure they will show up, but I needed them as the weather gets nicer! Absolutely LOVE them!!
I have the open run mini. The sound is fine. My issue is that after wearing them for more than about 10 or 15 minutes, the tops of my ears start hurting. If I keep wearing them, they get very sore. I have not been able to adjust the position to change this. But I do like them and just deal with sore ears.

Hello Monte! Thanks so much for providing this feedback. We're sorry to hear you aren't completely satisfied with your OpenRun mini! Perhaps the standard size OpenRun will fit better on your ears. We have a 45-day return policy and a 90-day exchange policy as well as an upgrade program, where you can upgrade your model by simply paying the difference in price. Please contact the Customer Happiness Team so we can assist you further. Thank you
The perfect headphones. Fit comfortably and don't fall off or hurt your ears. The sound quality is more than what I could have asked for. You can put it low and hear everything around you perfectly or loud enough to tune everything out. Charge lasts longer than specified when I purchased it.
Headphones work as intended. They're pretty weak sound wise and there is essentially no bass from music. They wear easy and are comfortable for running. COnvenient to make phone calls and whatnot. My biggest complain is about 'bone conductive' which is basically a marketing term, you can hear the little speakers without putting them on your ear. Overall they're good for running and listening your surroundings.
Super light weight, very comfortable, and enough battery life for a long run. I have used in ear earphones and were always painful for me and did not last because I sweat so much. I like the safety side of the Shokz because I can still hear what is going on around me. I would highly recommend them.
I originally purchased the regular Aeropex and they were great except the back stuck out too far. So my husband inherited them when I received the mini openrun’s. They fit more comfortably because they fit my head better. The sound quality it great on both sets. Definitely recommend.
