A little confusing to know

A little confusing to know all the controls and what does what? And every time I turn them on, the volume defaults to a lower setting?

The two things that I appreciate the most are, 1. 3xcellent sound quality and, 2. It's refreshing for my ears to be able to breathe while talking on a Bluetooth headset.

These are my second pair. I bought the mini for a better fit and they are a PERFECT fit! Fabulous sound quality and I love that I can wear them while I’m working and still be aware of my surroundings and hear customers.

I find these super comfortable and think the sound quality is great. I use while running, biking and walking the dog…all are necessary to hear what happening around me. I find the smaller size fits perfectly and they are plenty big enough for my husband to wear. Took one star off just because instructions warn about too too high volume can cause damage….I would like more detail on that.
