So happy not having traditional ear plugs which irritate the canals
Great for spinning class and even when dozing off to sleep at night listening to deep binaural gamma tones. Lastly very discrete in stores and can communicate w others well.

If you work in construction or any loud areas where earplugs are part of your everyday attire then, these will be your best friend. The sound is actually enhanced when you put in earplugs, and with the right volume setting, you do not compromise safety by not being able to hear. . this, of course is completely up to the user to use these as tool and not abuse or compromise themselves or others by not being able to hear
