A gift for my wife. She has had several sets of Shokz, but this is her first set of Minis. They fit her great and the beep that used to be so annoyingly loud has been corrected! This set does not cause her headaches! Thanks Shokz!
Some times they will not charge That is annoying About 70% of the time it changed 30% it did not

Hi Cedric -Shokz here! We're sorry to hear your OpenRun is not working properly. We have a two-year warranty on all Shokz, we'd be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair! Shokz only take 1.5-2 hours to fully charge. Overcharging may reduce the lifespan of the battery. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team so we can assist you further. Thank you!
A bit disappointed in the frequency response, but I was hoping to replace my over the ear headphones which have very good sound. These are much more comfortable and the quality and user experience is top notch. I will use these for the intense cardio sessions, but will stick with the better sounding over the ear phones for when I lift.
We were so excited that the mini's were in stock of the new Open Run Shokz that my wife and I both ordered a pair. We both had regular sized After Shokz model # A5650 and LOVED them except for the size - they didn't fit a woman's head the way they should. We got the notice that this "New & Improved" model was available and we both ordered a pair. "New" yes - "Improved" is VERY questionable. The overall fit is better on the OpenRun. That is about all I can say is "Improved". The sound quality is about the same between the two. The 'answer/hangup/pause/play button is so small and is smooth set into the left ear making it impossible to find while doing any sort of movement.
Most frustratingly the battery life SUCKS on the OpenRun!
I cannot make it thru a day at work, and more importantly, my wife bought hers for running half & full marathons. Her first test was on April 2nd for the Mt. Charleston Revel Half - they FAILED - HARD! Leaving her without music when she needed it most - the last 2 miles! She listened to music getting ready that morning, on the way from the parking area to the start line (about 90 minutes total) and then as she was running. Just under 2 hours of running, at about mile 10, when she needs the impact of her music the most, the battery died. They were fully charged and she didn't get more than 3.5 to 4 hours of play time. These cannot be used for anything where you expect to have music all day (6-8 hours). SUPER DISAPPOINTED! We will be returning both pairs.
I love how I can listen to music or podcasts and still hear the people and events around me. I usually can’t enjoy my music, because I have to be able to hear what’s going on around me. With long hair, you can hardly tell I’m wearing them.
