I like that a lot the audio is clearer than it was with the original unit I had from three years ago. I would like to know more about how I can get it to interact with my phone for example to use it to make a phone call as opposed to just listening to it.

Most regular earbuds do not fit in my ears well. I discovered these when a walker came up behind me and I startled because I hadn't heard her. When I pointed to my earbuds in explanation of stepping in front of her, she said "That is why I got these, pointing to her Shokz. " I got mine the next day! The sound is full but I am more aware of what is happening around me- much safer. And no more constantly fiddling with in-ear devices that are poorly fitting.

These are great and simple.

They fit well. I have shown them to many people when they ask if they work. I turn on some music, and most can't believe they can still hear everything else and the music, too. It is a very cool, great product. Quite a few people said they were going to get a set.

It’s not in my ear so I put up with it

The headset disconnects from the phone. This has happened four times in the last week while making a phone call. I have to reconnect and then remake the phone call. Also there are times where it is extremely hard to hear. I believe this is coming through the other person‘s phone, but it is annoying because I have to come off the headset and use the phone itself. My last pair did the same thing. I was hoping that this would have been resolved.

There’s also a Vibration with the sound - and that irritates the Skin and Bone where they sit.

Third pair bought. Last one is a xmas present that hasn't been open yet. Don't expect any surprises though. However, I noticed that between, the first one and the second bought over a year after the first one, the latter had a simpler bag and did not have a 2nd charging cable which the first one came with.
