Just what I needed

I had my first pair of bone conduction headphones years back from this company. They were called Treks Titanium from Aftershokz. Now I have these OpenRun and they are fantastic. Lighter in weight and easier to use with just the one button to control things. I use them for my solo runs and long bike rides and they are perfect.
These headphones are incredible. I bought them for running because I've been sick of my AirPod Pros blocking the noise from the outside world and I was uncomfortable with having headphones inside of my ears. Enter the Shokz, which have solved all of these problems and more. They have impressive battery life, high-quality audio, and they let me hear passing traffic while listening to my running playlist.
These are phenomenal open-ear headphones. I started with the TrexAir, and moved on to the Aeropex (now OpenRun).
Pros: Excellent life, great sound, forget they are on your head! Cons: Paint flaked off the headphones within a month, but they were day 1 headphones, so I'm sure they have that fixed now.
I've since purchased three OpenComm headphones and am looking at OpenRun Pro.
I have over 40 pairs of wireless headphones, you could say I am a headphone addict.
Open-ear headphones put every other headphone you could imagine (AirPods, Samsung Buds, Sennheiser, Bose, doesn't matter).
I measured my head according to the instructions and I’m glad I did. The small is just right, with a bit of space on the back of my head. The regular size would definitely have been too big. 4 stars for having to turn the volume up quite a bit for normal listening to music at the gym. Also would have liked a color choice other than black.
Comfy and aware - almost forget you are wearing headphones

I am truly surprised at how well these bone conducting headphones work. I use them for running and I always used to be surprised by bikes or other runners coming up behind me on a trail. With these headphones I can listen to my music or podcasts and still be aware of my surroundings. They are very comfortable and I almost forget that I'm wearing them. The controls are easily accessible and the magnetic charger plug is extremely easy to hook up when charging. The sound quality is slightly less than other headphones, but unless you are an audiophile who uses an equalizer (or knows how to use an equalizer) on your stereo, they are perfectly acceptable for listening to music or podcasts while running. Phone usage seems a little less than other headphone's I've had before, but again, I'm not making a lot of calls while in the middle of a training run. If you are looking for comfortable headphones that allow you to hear and be aware of your surroundings while running/biking/etc., these are really great! You can even leave your music running and headphones on when talking to someone on the street (I used to have to hate pulling out one side of my headphones when I needed to talk to someone).
I love my OpenRun Shokz. Its been 2 weeks of using it while in my morning walk and I’m just now having to charge it again. It was worth the money. I should have gotten the mini for the smaller size but I can still use the regular size. Delivery was quick too.
